Making a Difference for Northwest Harvest

It was a hot August night (hot as the Dickens, that is).  Earlier this week, I attended the monthly meeting for the Greater Seattle Area Chapter of NACE.  In fact, I was in charge of the event planning for  our group of caterers and event professionals.  Held at the DAR Rainier Chapter House, everyone enjoyed a night of Dickensian delights and said “Bah Humbug to Hunger!” with generous donations to Northwest Harvest for our annual community service.

Donor Relations Team

Thanks to your interest in Honest to Goodness and Facebook following, I ponied up as promised with a donation to help feed the hungry in Washington. My contribution provided 182 meals for families, babies, and the elderly. Thank you. By hiring Honest to Goodness as your personal chef, you support Northwest Harvest as well. Together, we can ensure that Hunger Stops Here.

Let’s keep this good love going on.  My good food in your kitchen equals goodness for others.  Honestly.

P.S. Check out this act by our “David Copperfield”, otherwise known as Ace of Illusions, to kick off our event.  It’s amazing where you can find canned food. 🙂
