Seattle Personal Chef Marizel Yuen Honest to GoodnessI am pleased to be a part of the Honest to Goodness chef team after many years of operating my own food service businesses. My objectives in that work were to embrace sustainable food systems and champion a farm-to-table attitude for the hundreds of gluten-free and Paleo meals delivered each week. Prior to operating kitchens and food truck concepts, I was an Executive Chef for Whole Foods Market and a Sous Chef at the Washington Athletic Club. I graduated from the Seattle Culinary Academy, and have always been passionate about preparing regional food that highlights vegetable-focused dishes.
