Our Returns & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

We here at the Honest to Goodness Shoppe strive to deliver high-quality products that make a positive difference for you. Should our product(s) not meet your expectations, we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction.
Food and beverage items that have been opened by the recipient are not eligible for return.
Please notify email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of your item(s) if you would like to request a return and the reason you would like to return the item(s). Please use Return Request as your email subject line, and also include your order number in your email. Item(s) must be in original condition to be considered for return. Our Shoppe Manager will review your request and respond with a return authorization.
We will be happy to change or cancel your order and arrange a refund prior to processing your order.
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment within 2 business days. Any refunds granted will be issued to the original payment method provided at time of order, less the original shipping charges.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with photos representing the damage. We cannot process claims for damaged goods without documenting photos. Please use Damaged Goods as your email subject line, and also include your order number in your email. Upon receipt of your email, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Honest to Goodness Shoppe will send you a shipping label for the return of your damaged item(s). Upon receipt of your damaged item(s), Honest to Goodness Shoppe will promptly ship replacement item(s) free of charge.
Keep all damaged packaging for inspection by USPS if needed.
